Starting with a phone call, Chad will come out to your property for an initial meeting. At this time he will listen to your concerns, ideas and questions as you walk through your yard. After a healthy dialogue Chad will do a site analysis, taking necessary measurements and pictures for use back at his studio.

A few days later, he will meet with you again to go over the first concept. If you'd like, he will make revisions or you can purchase this plan out right to develop yourself.

You may chose to make additional revisions or have Chad set the wheels in motion for his contractor to install your design. Chad will be back again to provide a final plan and the bid estimate. If you chose to have his contractor do the work, Chad will be more than happy to be involved during the install; making sure things go as smoothly as possible.
